Maintaining a sense of wellness and peace during this time of COVID can be challenging and overwhelming. In this interactive program, participants will have the opportunity to try mindfulness activity, to hear about safety in the workplace, immigrants rights, and exploring issues affecting women of color in the time of COVID. Through these discussions, we hope to not only share difficulties but also to identify empowering opportunities for self-care and positivity in this remarkable time.
